I’ve been the vicar of St Thomas’ Church on St Thomas’ Road since 2016 and have been involved with the school through assemblies, church visits and RE from very early on in my time here as I see the link as an important one that I’m keen to foster. Prior to coming to Leicester, I was a priest in Herefordshire and served as a governor in small country primary school. My role as a parish priest offers links to different parts of the community and the people within it. Along with this, education and working with children and young people is an important part of Church life and I hope that the skills gained from these things can be used to good effect.
